The Sisters Staging Consultation is all about finding the best way to present your house so it appeals to the most buyers in the shortest amount of time. Because if your house sits on the market for more than thirty days, your real estate agent, (and the market, for that matter), will label your house listing “stale”. Buyers will try to negotiate you down on your asking price based solely on the fact that your house has been sitting there for a while. After that, your real estate agent might even suggest you officially drop the price. We don’t want that. We want a parade of buyers flocking to your house! Consider this: According to a survey done by the National Association of Realtors ®, “81 percent of Realtors® said staging helps buyers visualize the property as a future home, while 46 percent said it makes prospective buyers more willing to walk through a home they saw online.” There you go – staging not only helps the buyers fall in love with your home, it can get them in your door in the first place.

So about that consultation process. First, we’ll chat on the phone. You’ll give us the basics, we’ll go over what options you might consider and you can decide if we’re right for you. If we are, congratulations! You’ve just made selling your home much easier. Together, we’ll move on to an In-Home-Consultation so we can get those home buyers (or home renters if your listing a rental, or vacation renters if your listing on AirBNB), to fall absolutely head over heels in love with your house. We’ll help the buyer “move in” in their heads as they walk through your house. And that’s what really has to happen. When the prospective buyers come to a showing, they’ll decide in just a few seconds whether or not they can see themselves living in your home.
